I think we have to get very good understanding of behaviour across, you know, what people are looking at, browsing, buying, and then ultimately adapt. I think community buildings is going to be that much more important over the next few years. i im very fascinated by this idea of recreating that kind of t j max experience in person - having something to discover every time you go into the store. Butdonn says he thinks department sorts probably need this and could benefit a lot from it over the next 12 months.
