I think of it as just an extremely able and capable assistant that has these emerging behaviors, rather than something that will suddenly escape the box and shut down the world. We should be taking a little bit more responsibility for how we use these systems. Let open AI continue to train larger and larger models,. let the world experiment with the diversity of AI systems instead of sort of fixing now.
