The Anglocene and the Intersectional Domain
Jay Parini: China must often work through English translation when engaging other non-Western into long kidders. I thought this was really crucial and something that I'd never really considered even though I spent the majority of my life in China, I never really thought of it in that way. Can you tell us a bit about some of the ways that the Anglocene has sustained performatively through an intersectional domain that takes gender, race and mobility into consideration?
