The Importance of Routine

When you get into a habit, when you do something consistently, it does become second nature. I remember that I started getting bored and demotivated because waking up early and going to the gym every morning started to become so easy. And as someone who hates the cold, doing this in the winter time made me feel that much more like powerful and cool and like a badass.
