What Would a Unified Church Look Like?

What do you think a re unified church would look like? What concessions would have to be made by catholicism and orthodoxy? This is near and near and dear to my heart. I'm in a prayer group with several orthodox and catholics, and we would really like to be able to share the eucharist. But im, i don't think that's going to happen. what wold probably happen with reunion as there'd be some kind of conqort that would allow for eucharistic sharing but would establish the ecclesiastical independence of the orthodox church.
