Carbon Colonialism - What's Happening?
Carbon credits aren't new, they've been treaded for years. What's happening now is an attempt to formalize what has recently been a wild west. There is clear risk of carbon colonialism. One is carbon credits are stolen from developing countries before they know what they have. And this what's going on with many of these voluntary projects that is crazy. You'll have all these companies going were carbon neutral with all these voluntary credits and ight keep saying, you're trading in stolen goods.
