Competing Against Your Colleagues Without Any Ill Will

You don't have to harbor any malice, ill will or sense of vengeance. And even if they are being an ass, you can be a little bit forgiving. Even though you're on the same team, sometimes you're competing against your colleagues for things like promotions. So i've had many situations in my life where i'm competing against my colleagues and that can be really fine. It doesn't there has to be no ill will, and that sort of like practising detachment and stuff.
