The Reforms of Oxford

The provisions of Oxford were the reforms that the barons imposed upon Henry during this revolution in 1258. England hadn't seen anything like them before. A council of 15 was to be appointed to supervise the work of central government. They reinvigorated a very important government office called the Office of Justice, or Chief Justice.
