The Dislobification Process

Sally Kohn: There are a lot of people who read my blog who this was the deal breaker in their relationship with their mother that they don't have a relationship with their mom anymore or maybe they do, but it's strained over this issue. So I wrote this post not as an instructional thing of look what I've done right as a mother, but instead from the perspective of the daughter with a mother who I really believe did it right. The advice to a mother is to determine a heart issue because sometimes it's a certain attitude problem where somebody is specifically trying to get under your skin. As a mom we have to step back and take these things into account.
