The Black Panther party gave him access to resources such as money for printing presses where they would start printing their newspapers. And he did this by putting theory into practice, and the ways these manifested were his education program, which was quite extensive. He let people experience those systems in the context of the breakfast and the free medical care. If they wanted to know more, they could learn the truth by answering the without joining, but those classes were available.
