i think it's very important to kind of tie your identity not having the right beliefs, because then you're never allowed to change the beliefs. A, noticing that you were wrong about some random political or ideological intellectual issue can be a blow to your identity. And so i would put things in that category, like being able to say that you werewrong, or a being able to understand the views of people who disagree with you. That is what we believe, as opposed to a straw man of the other side, am.
