The Role of Endovascular Therapy in Stroke Care

This was a retrospective study, it's filled with so many issues as to make it impossible to really draw any meaningful conclusions. The group that got EVT past that 24 hour time was cherry picked. A massive bias in favor of the EVT group. I don't think there's any sense in acting on this data given the inherent biases in a retrospective cohort. So we'll endovascular therapy be extended to another subset of patients, specifically those with large infarcted cores.
