The Importance of Being Famous
I think a lot of celebrities stay famous because fame becomes such a part of their identity. A lot of celebs are afraid to let go of their status as famous, then they feel like they're going to return to a lower level of society or something. Celebrities become used to this unnatural level of praise and admiration that is so imbalanced at times. It's not accomplishing a goal and then realizing that it wasn't what you thought it was will be an incredible success.
