Sleep After a Practice Session
There was a real burst of work in about 20 ten i reckon it was in sleep and learning. Research found that by going to sleep on what you'd learned, come back the next morning and you would get an additional elevation your performance. So as a consequence, professional sports and teams did start to experiment with the scheduling of either rest after a practice session or deliberately setting their main training sessions up so they were adhering to a good sleep cycle.
