A lot of these are like, officially designated a groups that have finances that can be t opaque. They seem to get a a ton of money in a very short period of time. And that's always ripe for either, if not outright corruption, misapplication of funds. I think it's actually a somewhat coherent opinion about the nature of police force,. especially in the us where police are often way to aggressive and confrontational and intrusive.
