The Importance of Having a Group of Coaches Around You
The most important head coach is the group of coaches they choose to have around them. defining definitions is really important, isn't it? 100%. I think naturally coaches might have these conversations more when it's regarding the football. As in how we want to attack or how we Want to defend and what we'll do in this situation. That defining and like getting clarity will probably happen more when it comes to the football stuff,. which is obviously key, but just as key, especially when you're working with youth players. Because we can't just judge the players on their actions on the pitch. We have to also be taken to account everything else that's informed their actions onthe pitch. The
