Measure the accuracy of your or of people that you work with when they make predictions because this is something that I started to recently do yeah. You know like how confident are you that this is going to hit? Like 80% 20% 30% do you do something like this to also kind of measure I don't know prediction accuracy. The thing that really matters to me with that is not did we achieve what we thought that we would achieve but was the thinking that went into the opera opportunity size sufficiently detailed and plausible and defensible, he says.
