Remember rick perry in one of the presidential debates, he was running for president. He was touting he was going to eliminate three governmental departments if he were made president. The headline in the national newspapers the next day was, oops. I mean, he made a terrible mistake. And everybody knows that you're going to make mistakes. That's common, but they don't want to do it in front of other people, so they just sit back. Those that don't just really are held back.
