What Is a Circus?

In Spain in the summer, I would be happy to go on a waterslide. But in Ireland in the winter, I would think twice about it. Let's move from the funfair or the amusement park over to the circus. The real meaning of the circus is this place where you go to see the performers. It can also mean just a situation where everything is confused or noisy.
