Ali Vatanka: This was one of the first three books that started off my entrepreneurial journey. He says most people are technicians in their role, and then they go, oh, I'm a really good technician. But then they're unaware of the entrepreneurial role and the manager role. "I think talking about the dynamics between the entrepreneur and the technician, right? Because as a technician, I think you're an idiot," he says.
