How to Motivate Yourself to Finish a Race
If you know you can do it, are you motivated to do it? And I wonder if having wanted at that point, almost undermined your body's ability to persist or persevere through just how much pain you knew it was going to take. You're like, well, I know I can finish this thing. Then maybe after having not done it, coming back to it and following years, you're actually asking yourself again, can you do it? So then you get motivated again. Is there any truth to this cycle? Yeah, I think there definitely is.
