The move to the state level is really important, because it changes the game. It changes changes who shows up. Big employers will participate in discussions of land use rules when they are held at a higher level. And so in the northwest, we at siland have begun introducing bills in the legislature that would start to incentifi cities so that they get a direct reward for adding more homes.
