Banks and farmers now see conventional farming as normal. But it's actually region which, in the long run, is going to be much less risky. And so we want to make the case for region being lower risk,. Therefore it should be rewarded as such through lower rates. We don't believe in telling farmers, you have to do this. What we think is the better way to go is to help them see a goal that would be beneficial to them.
