Jesus Using the Son of Man as a Messianic Title
Jesus uses son of man as a messianic label. It's very difficult to trace exactly when that happened and how significantly it wasre nized among jewish audiences. But certainly jesus is picking it up that way, regardless of whether that kind of attribution took place earlier or not. So he gave it definition as a Messianic title, but it still holds the other idea that it's human, that he is human. so again, not god represented in some other other worldly form.
