The Importance of Implementation Science

The idea that you can make three decisions in the time it took for somebody to make one is a good decision. The world changes so quickly that even the perfect decision six months later doesn't look like a perfect decision. So many mergers and acquisitions fail, not because they made the wrong decisions, but because they didn't implement it well.
