How Do You Deal With Negative Self Talk?
There's two basic types of thoughts that go on in your brain, green light thoughts and red light thoughts. Green light thoughts are positive thoughts which build confidence. Red light thoughts are those manifest manifestations of self imposed limitations. So what i have people do is take a small green sticker and stick em everywhere. I've got one on the front of my lap top. And every time i see that green dot, i have to think a positive thought. It sounds hoky, it sounds silly, but you'd be surprised ot the power of mental repetition. If train it every day, it'll behave the way you want it to.
