The Importance of Simplicity in Technology
Morgan: I think an understated role that we hold all of us in technology is to fight complexity wherever we see it, rather than introduce it. You need to be your own harshest stakeholder, you know, like go out there and say no to yourself first before anybody else. And the same needs to happen for designers. Morgan: Do you really need a completely custom flow? Or can we launch with something like this? If the metrics aren't where they need to be or if the customers aren't saying what they need, we can then revisit whether we need to do this in a more custom way.
