Technical Debt and Design

When we talk about technical debt, what we're referring to the short cuts that development teams take. Maybe they haven't implemented the soft ware as decoupled as they wanted. Those are the kinds of short cuts that actually have in pact in terms of the design and architectural decisions. And why technical that is powerful? We already have concepts that refer to other s of the softer development life cycle. So that's, i think, why it's important for addressing both from a definition perspective as well as relating it to architecture.
