How to Get Out of Your Comfort Zone

Take one final deep breath in and as you exhale, slowly open your eyes. Notice whatever is supporting you, whether it's a chair or the floor or something else. See yourself doing this thing successfully. And notice what it might feel like. A new talent, a new hobby, something new and positive in your life. Now repeat again these words. May I have the courage to step outside of my comfort zone. May I trust in my abilities. May I embrace the unknown with an open heart and mind.May I learn and grow from the challenges and opportunities that come my way.
