I've done 25 Christmas specials now. Like, that's mad. It's a lot of Christmas. And like Turkey's in nearly every one of them. So and if you look at the radio times, it's probably a Turkey nearly every issue for 25 years. We're kind of held by this anchor of current tradition. For basics, that's gravy, potatoes, roast potatoes and Turkey. But then there is this appetite for like, well, what next, what's new? There's just cool stuff, man, like, and look, that works. I mean, I like all the classics, but I quite like a little, I always have like 10% curve ball.
