Is There a Bias Problem?

A lot of times people just don't notice the diversity is missing and it's shocking so voicing that and saying that this should be a priority but then also using the network. There was an engineer Pinterest who also noticed that there was a diversity problem at her within the engineering org app interest, she actually like made it public in terms of the number of female engineers there were. So I think figuring out what your goal is is really important. How like making sure that your team is aligned on what goal you're trying to reach and figuring okay now we have a goal and this is how it fits into our vision and strategy.
