A successful data culture has people who understand the problem really well, and know how to take tools and apply them to said problems. This tis idio. That's very open ended to me, and it could vary between business, because business might have a process that's differet than another, but it works for them. So i think the idea here is you to kind of like internalize this and say, what is the process that our company should look for, and people should make a decision on what that means to you as a company.
