How to Be a Better Candidate at FIT Than Cases

I've yet to meet a candidate who's good at FIT. I actually thought his FIT was pretty good, not better than his cases. You can't use the same approach to solve a BCG McKinsey and Bain case. If you could adjust your approach, going with the answer first, hypothesis-led approach that McKinsey or Bain, your life has made a whole lot easier. With BCG, if you can go for this facilitated brainstorming approach, your life would be much easier as well. But you have to know how to pivot.
