Mindfulness Retreats Are Very Helpful
In retreat, you see it a little bit more clearly, like yu, whereas in day to day you don't get the opportunity to see it as much or wat what's really happening there. And this is why retreats are very helpful, because they do give us the opportunity to step back and observe the play as just a display, not me, not mine.
