I see it as like any increment in that direction is a positive development. Because maybe not every person on the planet will be their own mechanic or their own tinker, but there will be tinkerers and there will be mechanics who can help you adjust software to your need. I think that's worth not just dismissing out of hand as a too far fetch to be possible. Like we've got shortcuts from Apple, right? It's a really locked down system,. But it's a heck of a lot more permissive and a lot more malleable and flexible and open to the end user than not having shortcuts.
