The Importance of Diversity in Leadership

I remember saying numerous times that you've got to see administration as a leadership gift and there are times where that gift is going to lead the team. And I don't really know when that changed. I think it just just the Lord in his in his moose. They're not wrong. They're different. And for and that difference is going to be good for their thriving. We have to believe that in that plurality of leadership,. the church thrives when you know, there are different voices and so on.
