I've been fighting with a lot of people on this last 12 months and trying to explain that cloud still has a long run way ahead. To me, just basic cloud services are like electricity. Nobody should be generating them in-house. And so I think there's actually a very valid debate to be had about what is the hybrid cloud strategy.
