Some patients are acutely ill, and when you meet them in the hospital, they are dependent on hospital care. There be and i think this is where sort of some individualized approach and a multi disciplinary discussion becomes very important. Is this a 38 year old that was drinking and had an acute alcoholic episode and is now in the i c u and renal replacement theraby? Or is this a 65 year old who has had serosis for three years from nash and now has had an acute decompensation and has been in the ichue for four weeks on renal replacement. A so i think those are the factors that we consider when determining if a patient is, is a candidate for transplant based
