You have to give your nero muscular system time to adapt so that it can then give you the ability to make those arobic adaptations. There is a time and place for faster work, and wednesday is our time for that, along with the occasional saturday. Go easy on the other days so that you can go fast on your quality day. And when it counts on race day, you have to go slow to go fast.
