How to Share Your Back Story

In many ways you're putting the story on hold to go back and tell the back story. You haven't earned the right to do that yet in the first 50 pages. And it doesn't mean that you never share it, but I completely agree that you don't want to do that too early. The real big explanations that like going to the mentor who can answer the questions of how magic works, you don't do that in the first50 pages.
