After I graduated from law school and got the Masters of Public Policy, I started working at a prominent social justice organization called the Kerwin Institute. There's nothing better than looking into the audience and seeing them have that eureka moment. It's like getting unplugged from the matrix when you realize that negotiation is everywhere. You see every conversation as an opportunity to create value and strengthen relationships.
