Love Is Permissiveness and Hate Is Meanness
In the modern sense, in modern usage, the term love is very much akin to the kind with the issue of winsomeness we were just discussing. It means I let you do whatever makes you happy, makes you feel good and you do the same in return. And that's why it often comes up with sodomy. So Leviticus 1822, you shall not lie with a man as with a woman. It is an abomination. As Christians, we should hate it because we are supposed to hate the things that God hates and love the things that he loves.
