How to Hire a Strategic Integrator
I think it's good to start if you're looking for your first hire with someone first to get some of the $10 per hour tasks off your plate. And usually most people can manage like one other employee or contractor fairly well on their own. I probably work on average between like 12 to 15 hours a month for each of my clients. Like here's our plan for the week. These are the things I need you to get done.
As entrepreneurs and product-based business owners, there comes a time for all of us when we have to make the decision to pivot.
