Quiet, the Power of Introverts in a World That Can't Stop Talking
There are a lot of competing definitions of introversion and introverts that psychologists use, but there are some qualities that they agree on. Introverts tend to want to spend time in environments where you have less stimulation coming at you. For us, our state of equilibrium is when our environments are a little bit more quiet and mellow. But I think understanding how physical these differences really are can help us give each other leeway and respect for ourselves as well.
