How Did It Happen?
I was very ambitious and I wanted to run my own consultancy one day so when they split to five business units they offered me the job. It's like you're like a mini CEO within the company so you run your business unit, in charge of everything but you get support from the main company. Look it was mixed fun because I was really bad at it first right and I was a bad manager at first but over time I got better with timing on eventually I got given a second team that was much bigger to try and help them. But yeah there's stuff I've still got big regrets off the back of it but I've learned a hell of a lot from from doing it
