How Do I Handle a Three Year Old Dresser?

Mornings are almost unmanageable because of getting dressed. This is where we can use playfulness to elicit cooperation. So in the whole range, do we suggest something I made up with one of my boys who would never get dressed until it was a competition kind of thing? And then he'd do it and come back as quickly as possible. It became something that took a little more time, so much better for him.
