The Menu Consistency Initiative
When you joined the company 10 years earlier, it was still mostly in rural spots. We had already started some planning processes. So we began putting together a plan. This was 1995. And so like a lot of companies, we developed something called a 2000 plan or sonic 2000 plan. What does our physical plant need to look like? What do our uniforms need to lookLike? What are our menus need to look Like? How do we get all this more consistent across the system?
