Plato, a Poto Christian?
In terms of philosophy, socrates, plato, aristotle and cicero are absolutely essential. But when we talk about w literature, we've got homer, and we've got virgil. We've got the great greek tragedians, eschylus, sophecles, euripides,. even ovid with all his crazy mythological stories. There are great truths in there that, in many ways, are preparing, i think, the world for the coming of christ. Our most important passage in the bible is acts chapter 17, when paul goes to the areopacus mars hill.
