PLS Adds a Iterative Procedure to Estimate the Structural Relations
The first step of a PLS model is to take just a measured composite. But when we do that, we get some estimates for the structural relations in that particular model. And so in an iterative process, we got from this first pass at estimating the structural connections allows us to get new estimates for those proxies.
