The antifossilipid antibody panel was done in relation to timing of the miscarriages, although three sequential ones is a bit telling. And it's usually the patients who have some thrombocytopenia due to an antifossILipid antibody that we also consider aspirin. The second and third trimester pregnancy losses are very sad, and usually not only do you have persistently positive tests, but you also have like placental pathology which is pretty telling.
